Yesterday while biking home from work I noticed a new street camera at the intersection of Osborne St. N and Mostyn Pl. If ya’ll don’t know, heading south towards the Osborne bridge can suck in afterwork traffic. All the drivers in a rush would take the designated bus lane to beat traffic. Sometime last month I noticed there was a police car parked on the grass stopping tons of cars taking the bus lane. This morning on my bike ride to work there were cops waiting for cars again. They caught one lady on the bus lane, I think, while there wasn’t even any traffic. Sucks for you! So just to let ya’ll know, don’t take the bus lane on Osborne St. N unless it’s before 8:30am or after 5:30pm. Hope this saves you a traffic ticket!
ULTRA UPDATE – This camera will take pictures of anything AND I MEAN ANYTHING that comes down this bus lane! Even the buses! Even me! Hmm…I wonder if I can get a hold of a picture of myself. BEWARE!
